What is reflexology?

Reflexology is a deeply relaxing therapy that works through gentle pressure on specific points of your feet or hands. These points correspond to different areas of your body, and by working with them, reflexology encourages your whole system to rebalance and restore.

Whether you're drawn to the idea of energy flow or simply love the thought of an hour to switch off, reflexology can be so supportive. Reflexology meets you exactly where you are, without judgment or expectation.
